The above photos were taken with colour film and a red filter over the lens. I didn't buy the filter to go with colour film, I got it for some infrared film I had ordered online. But of course, when I buy a shiny (literally) photography item, it has to be used straight away. So I stuck it on over the film I had in at the time, and it definitely did what it said on the tin. The infrared film I bought it for, while I have shot it, has not been scanned yet, and I can't wait to see how it comes out. Technically, you're supposed to use a infrared filter, which happened to be €100 more expensive than this red one. And red is close to infrared, sure it's almost half the name! So ... here's hoping!
